Not All Fun and Games

  Share

On Wednesday, February 27, 2008 Florida International University (F.I.U) CSA held its much anticipated monthly.....game night. It's only been three months since its depute and F.I.U. CSA game night has become the "it" event to be at in district six. With a live D.J. off its own e-board, free (REAL) food and drinks, and a good assortment of table games to keep any person Caribbean or not satisfied and entertained.

Of course some of the games consist of dominos and spades, which we hold tournaments in both; there are many other interesting games to hype you up including Taboo, old school
Nintendo and Jenga. Jenga, being one of the most popular games now at the game night that you can find C.S.A. members from UM, BCC and Miami-Dade trying their very best not to pull the wrong block. Being such an intense and frantic  game, it too has just been added to the list of games that holds tournaments between its most intense competitors.

If board and card games aren't the things of your "fancy" there's always the presence of good music and even better friends to make you feel comfortable enough to stay a while, and free food always puts a little extra icing on the cake.

With less than five weeks before holding FCSAs 34th Bi-Annual Conference F.I.U. proves that while putting in hard work you can still have a little fun.
