Important Updates Below

Great news! Due to the volume of sponsorships that are now on board with this year's Spring Conference, we are now able to pass the savings on to you the members. As of right now, all registration Packets (or fees) is as follows

-          FCSA Student $60.00[Postmarked by March 26th, 2008]

-          FCSA Alumni $70.00[Postmarked by March 26th, 2008]

-          FCSA Advisors $70.00[Postmarked by March 26th, 2008]

-          General Public $70.00[Postmarked by March 26th, 2008]

These price reductions and deadline extensions will give you the members an opportunity to rally your organization membership to attend our 34^th Bi- Annual Conference- FUSION, hosted by the Gold and Blue CSA at FIU. A reimbursement voucher will be issued for any packets that were received with the additional $10 late fee. If you have collected registration packets at this rate and have not mailed them as yet, please issue the payee a reimbursement of $10, if it permits.

Please remember that all packets must be postmarked by Wednesday, March 26^th, 2008 and an excel list containing, First and Last Name of each person along with their country, sent to info.fcsa@gmail.com.

Additional Information

**All schools are informed that the hotels rooms that have been booked by persons not registered for conference will be released. If you have not paid for conference, your room will be canceled and you will be given the normal hotel rate. The room rates advertised are reduced for persons attending the Spring Conference. We understand that your bookings may have been inflated in an effort to secure spaces for anticipated registration. In this case please be courteous and release the unneeded rooms by the upcoming hotel deadlines. The room listings will be cross-checked against your submitted registration list and received packets.
